Patient Guide Solutions publishes high-quality patient education materials that make the hospital experience better. Their guides also check a regulatory box by telling patients about their rights and responsibilities.

Despite having a fantastic product, they struggled to get buy-in from hospitals that didn’t see the value beyond that checked box.

They were missing key clinical contacts with investment in patient experience and outcomes. I opened the door to those contacts with a full content program to that gave value and built true partnerships.
